📸 July 12 Photo Event – Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read and agree to the terms below before securing your session with Ashlyn Kudransky.

Event Details
Join us for a studio/lifestyle photo experience in a beautiful North County San Diego home, featuring indoor + outdoor shooting spaces. You’ll receive high-end, commercial-quality imagery for your brand, business, or personal use.

What’s Included:
✔️ 20-minute guided photoshoot
✔️ 30 edited, high-res images
✔️ Option to purchase full gallery (approx. 150 images) for $100 extra

Session Fee: $300 per person
Retainer: $75 non-refundable retainer required to book
Balance: Remaining balance due day of event

Cancellations & No-Shows
🔸 No-shows or same-day cancellations = Full session fee due (no exceptions)
🔸 Cancellations within 72 hours = 50% session fee due
🔸 Cancellations before 72 hours = Only retainer forfeited

Please Note Before Booking:
⚠️ Arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in
⚠️ Come hair and makeup ready
⚠️ You are allowed one outfit change (two total outfits)
⚠️ Bring any props, products, or branding items that support your business or vision

Image Delivery & Usage
📷 30 edited images delivered via online gallery within 3 weeks
📷 Upgrade to full gallery available after delivery
📷 Select images may be used by Ashlyn Kudransky for marketing and promotional purposes (email us if you prefer to opt out)

Liability
You attend and participate at your own risk. Ashlyn Kudransky and event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage during the event.
